Position Summary The Collision Detailer plays a key role in our repair-to-delivery process-ensuring every vehicle returned to our clients reflects the quality and precision the Snell brand is known for. This position supports both the detail and production flow of the Collision Center, helping vehicles move efficiently through each stage while maintaining the highest appearance and quality standards. What You'll Do Inspect and detail vehicles after body and paint repairs to ensure flawless finish and cleanliness. Perform final quality checks before customer delivery, ensuring workmanship meets company and OEM standards. Support vehicle movement throughout the collision facility, including wash, prep, staging, and delivery areas. Communicate effectively with painters, body technicians, and estimators to coordinate workflow and timelines. Monitor and report on quality issues, assisting with continuous improvement initiatives across departments. Maintain detailing equipment, materials, and workspaces in clean, organized condition. Participate in daily production meetings to align on goals, due dates, and repair progress. Stay up-to-date on new detailing products, materials, and techniques to enhance results and efficiency. What You Bring Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced production environment. Team-player mindset with excellent communication skills. Prior detailing or collision center experience preferred, but not required-training provided. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. The Greeter/Porter is responsible for safely moving vehicles thru the service drive to service parking, greeting customers and checking in guests for service, vacuuming vehicles, and assisting the service advisors. Job Responsibilities: Ensure to open gates and move blocker cars. Straighten and rotate cars in parking lot as per instructions of the supervisor. Perform duty to wash vehicle exteriors as well vacuums interiors. Responsible to remove all trash and maintain a clean car lot. Conduct errand run for dealership as required. Ensure to lock all vehicles appropriately at end of day. Responsible for vehicle flow for every car needing maintenance repairs. Direct vehicle to apt maintenance and repair staging area Qualifications: A clean driving record Pass a drug screening A High School Diploma or GED Physical Capacity & Work Conditions: Continuous walking & standing all day Continuously bending and squatting for the majority of the day Continuous maneuvering of the hands and arms Occasional lifting up to 30 pounds Must be able to work in all types of climate levels
