The 3 rd shift and free coffee and organizing my work at Amazon
The Amazon top manager that i never meet and the KBS regional (yes man) manager being told by Amazon who to terminate at will.....
The KBS presence apps was helpful after ADP fixed the several bugs and was clocking us out automatically after 8 hour shift, so no rush to pick our phone after the shift end
Hours and pay
Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. They also let people make their own hours and stay out of work with No Call No Show and then the person quits and then gets their job back after missing multiple days in a row. While the shift lead or so they said they was just yo get them to stay and hush doesn’t fill in either when someone is out and Poorest Management Team i have ever seen. I work just about 7 days a week.
