Female supervisors are two faced and unapproachable. If there’s an issue with an employee they will send an email to an entire department hoping that one person will get the hint instead of talking to that individual in a professional manner. There is nothing professional about working at this firm. New employees are thrown into work with very minimal training. Employees in other departments will not smile and they are not nice at all.
