Pros of working at Kellogg

The pay and benefits are good the way management treat their employees how unfair they are and some so racist that it is obvious like a slap in the face it's unbelievable they really need to change that part of it if nothing else and they also need to stop working people to exhaustion to where they barely have energy to drive home or eat it's so unhealthy and unsafe and they don't care
