**In this position, you will:**
+ Protect the Nissan/Infiniti ownership experience by validating the technician's diagnosis.

+ Must have strong communication skills and the confidence to stand by your decisions.
+ Provide claim support to Nissan and Infiniti dealers
+ Adjudicate warranty claims to ensure timely and accurate claim payment.
+ Utilize resources like Technical Service Bulletins, Electronic Service Manuals, and Campaign publications.
**Qualifications:**
+ Thorough knowledge of the maintenance and repair of vehicles; well-versed in use of technical service manuals and tools.
+ Three or more years of "hands on" automotive repair experience. Dealership experience is a plus.
+ ASE Master preferred, must have A1, A2, and A6
+ Computer Skills: Ability to work with multiple computer screens. Typing speed of 30 wpm or better.
