This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily banking functions, and assisting with audits, reconciliations, and general ledger activity.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform daily bank reconciliations for a multi-entity structure and resolve discrepancies
+ Process daily bank transfers, approve ACH withdrawals/positive pay, and monitor all bank activity
+ Complete daily deposits and apply payments to invoices
+ Handle outgoing/incoming wire transactions and verify wiring instructions
+ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely recording of checks
+ Track and process weekly accounts payable

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler who will be responsible for assembling electrical components by reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints. This position requires precision and the ability to work with small tools and fine motor skills.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read and comprehend schematics and blueprints to assemble electrical components.
+ Use fine tools, including hand tools, power tools, micrometers, and calipers, to assemble products.
+ Work at the beginning of the assembly process, ensuring quality over quantity.
+ Complete basic training and receive peer assessments on all work.
+ Operate mechanical torque wrenches and conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Train on the FCSD line with the goal of advancing to the level 1 SCI Line after mastering work orders.
