Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. Dust furniture, surfaces, and windows. Empty trash and recycling bins. Clean and restock restrooms with supplies like toilet paper, paper towels and soap. + Complete monthly facility compliance walk-through, documenting and communicating any irregularities to MRG Manager. + Manage inventory and compliance logs (daily, monthly, yearly). + Maintains office supply inventory and place orders through MRG management as needed. + Assist practitioners with exams and emergency response support. + Maintain exam room cleanliness and infection control standards. + Answer phones, confirm scheduled appointments, and manage examinee flow. + Respond to visitor inquiries or refer them to appropriate personnel. + Collaborate with clinical and other team members. + Support service animal accommodations and legal compliance. + Participate in ongoing training and quality review processes as required. + Completes other duties and projects as assigned by leadership. **Qualifications** : + Associate degree in Medical Assisting or graduation from an accredited vocational program + Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), unrestricted and in good standing (required if mandated by state). + Phlebotomy certification (if required by state). + Active/current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification + Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in primary care, occupational health, or physical medicine preferred.
