The Technical Specialist is responsible for supporting the manufacturing and process development teams by managing the administrative aspects of tooling fabrication builds and ensuring technical documentation is properly formatted, published, and maintained within the Quality Management System (QMS).
**Key Responsibilities:**
**1. Fabrication Management & Quoting**
- Oversee and coordinate the administrative workflow for fabrication builds, including tracking progress, updating stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion.

- Ensure all documentation is properly controlled and published within the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Collaborate with process engineers and subject matter experts to gather, clarify, and update technical content.
- Support audits and compliance activities by ensuring documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible.
**3. Continuous Improvement**
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and documentation processes.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to support project planning and execution.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering administration, or technical documentation preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with QMS platforms and document control best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Experience with CAD drawings and modeling a plus

+ Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies.
+ Stand for long periods and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting.
+ Pack and load products weighing 5-10 lbs into boxes repetitively throughout the shift.
+ Switch work areas daily based on shipping orders.
+ Lift up to 50 pounds and handle heavy lifting tasks.
+ Package approximately 300 packages per shift.
+ Utilize rf scanner and perform inventory counts.
+ Pull parts and materials using a pallet jack.
+ Engage in order picking, stacking, and warehouse shipping.

Join our team of innovative and passionate systems administrators and help us keep our systems running smoothly. As a systems administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our IT systems, including our SQL databases, Active Directory, SCCM, and servers. You will also be responsible for migrating our servers to the cloud and administering our cloud-based applications.
What you will do:
· Administer and script SQL databases.
· Manage Active Directory and SCCM.
· Onboard and offboard users.
· Perform regular server maintenance and patching.
· Lead and assist with server migrations (on-prem to cloud).
· Administer multiple applications within a cloud environment (O365, Exchange, Azure, and SharePoint).
Requirements
· Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
