History of procedure, process, or system development & hands-on laboratory experience is a plus. + Experience with laboratory instruments (Instron, MTS, AMTI, etc.) is required. + Experience with laboratory information systems or electronic laboratory notebooks is a plus (i.e., Labvantage, Labware, Biovia, etc.). + Training in project management techniques; either Agile, PMI, Waterfall, Six Sigma, or Product Development processes. + Proficiency utilizing Project Management tools (ex. Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Kanban etc.). + A successful track record of leading and working within a cross-functional teams. + Experience with PLM applications is a plus (i.e., Windchill). + Experience with laboratory calibration & maintenance management systems is preferred (i.e., Maximo). + Strong analytical skills, especially in the areas of process improvement, problem solving, and logical thinking is required. + Proficiency utilizing the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project etc.) is required. Familiarity with Minitab is a plus. + Must have the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts, ideas and knowledge to a diverse audience and work effectively as a team member. + Ability to work unsupervised on assigned tasks.
