This role requires adherence to high standards and precise operating procedures to ensure the integrity and quality of our products. **Responsibilities** + Follow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Line Clearance, Work Instructions, assembly methods, and product handling methods. + Comply with Good Documentation Practices, current Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety requirements. + Successfully complete training on production tasks, including understanding travelers/routers and identifying materials. + Use a microscope and production/inspection tools for product builds. + Operate tools and equipment, complete required documentation, and perform equipment set-up and operation. + Conduct in-process inspections to maintain product integrity and quality. + Collaborate with Engineers and Supervisors to ensure product quality and develop process documentation. + Perform inventory counts and other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 1-3 years of regulated manufacturing experience. + Hands-on experience in a manufacturing/production environment or prototyping. + Experience with catheter product manufacturing is a plus. + Familiarity with safety equipment for lab work. + Prior experience with microscope and medical assembly. + Experience working in a cleanroom environment. + Ability to perform in-process inspections to ensure quality of in-process medical devices. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in using EFD dispensers and UV curing systems. + Experience working with adhesives, especially different types of Loctite. + Strong communication skills. + Experience with line clearance and SOPs. **Why Work Here?** Join a start-up environment that offers opportunities for growth and development.
