Hours are Mon-Fri:
Mon - Fri, 6am - 2:30pm, $20/hr.
Mon - Fri, 2pm - 10:30pm, $21/hr.
Mon - Fri, 10pm - 6:30am, $21/hr.
This is a contract to hire opportunity, meaning you will get hired directly after 3-6 months, depending on your performance and attendance.

**Maintenance Technician** Currently hiring 2nd/3rd shift Maintenance Technicians in the Northwest IN area paying up to **$35 an hour** . We have three openings: 1 on the 2nd shift from 1:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday to Friday, and 1 on the 3rd shift from 8:00pm to 6:00am, Monday to Friday, with possible overtime on Friday and Saturday.
Job Description
+ Perform mechanical and electrical repairs for mill equipment and industrial machinery.
+ Respond to equipment breakdowns and execute necessary repairs.
+ Troubleshoot motors, fuses, relays, gear boxes, encoders, and PLCs.
+ Handle troubleshooting and maintenance of hydraulic systems.
+ Install, maintain, and repair electrical motors, air compressors, fans, and pumps.
+ Fabricate, assemble, and test mechanical system parts.
+ Utilize CMMS to manage work orders and order parts.
+ Perform additional duties such as painting, plumbing, and general maintenance.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and troubleshooting.
+ Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including PLCs and automation.
+ Experience with hydraulic troubleshooting.
+ Computer knowledge, with CMMS preferred.
+ Experience in electrical troubleshooting of motors, relays, and sensors.
+ Willingness to undertake additional schooling.
Work Environment
We have a team-oriented culture where each maintenance person collaborates with another technician. The dress code includes metatarsals, hard hats, glasses, long-sleeved shirts, and gloves.

**What's a typical day as a Change Coordinator I? You will:**
+ Coordinate and manage technical data changes through the **Enterprise Change Request (ECR)** process using **PLM software** .
+ Collaborate with engineering, quality, purchasing, production, and vendors to manage product improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
+ Apply engineering principles to assess designs, create and review **Bills of Materials (BOMs)** , and ensure accuracy of documentation.
