Key Responsibilities
+ Manage the maintenance and implementation of safety programs, compliance plans, and initiatives.
+ Participate in incident, near-miss, and property damage investigations, ensuring appropriate follow-up and documentation.
+ Conduct, coordinate, and track various EHS training programs.
+ Perform routine safety observations to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and company EHS policies and procedures.
+ Maintain internal and external regulatory reporting, including air, stormwater, and surface water discharge data.
+ Serve as primary contact for regulatory agencies regarding inspections, permitting, and reporting (air, water, waste).

Qualifications & Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree required; BS in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred.
+ 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with EHS responsibility.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
+ Ability to work off-hours or be on-call as needed.
+ Demonstrated independent work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
+ Experience working with local regulatory agencies preferred.
+ Familiarity with various emission control devices to ensure compliance.
