**Job Title: Stockroom Clerk** **Job Description** The Stockroom Clerk will join the Operations team and will play a crucial role in ensuring that materials, parts, products, and stock items are readily accessible, adhering to our quality management system, processes, procedures, and requirements. This position involves using a pick sheet to identify and select items, primarily small screws and consumables, verifying them using an RF scanner, and building kits of 250 to 300 items for another department.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist the Stockroom Supervisor in receiving, recording, and storing parts released to stock.
+ Assist the Stockroom Supervisor in picking and recording specific parts required for inventory allocation from stock.
+ Assist the Stockroom Supervisor in recording parts allocated for kitting, consignment, replenishment orders, transfers, and sales.
+ Assist the Stockroom Supervisor in conducting cycle counts and physical inventories.
+ Assist the Stockroom Supervisor in maintaining a secure and organized stockroom.
+ Perform manufacturing and kitting functions.
+ Any other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**

**About the Role**
You will ensure both hotel locations operate safely, efficiently, and at the level of quality expected in high‑end hospitality. Each day offers a mix of technical tasks, vendor coordination, and hotel team collaboration.
**What You'll Do**
+ Oversee daily maintenance operations across two hotel properties
+ Coordinate, schedule, and supervise outside vendors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and more)
+ Inspect contractor work and verify completion to quality standards
+ Troubleshoot guest-related issues such as smart room technology, shades, and TVs
+ Communicate clearly with hotel staff and vendors through email, phone, and in person
+ Utilize tablets and digital systems to manage work orders in a tech-forward environment
**What We're Looking For**
+ Minimum **2+ years of HVAC experience** within hotel or apartment building maintenance
+ Working knowledge of boilers, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general building operations
+ Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish/English is a plus)
+ Customer service experience in guest-facing environments
+ Comfortable using tablets, apps, and digital tools
+ EPA Universal or HVAC certification preferred but not required
