Acting as the central coordinator for all requests to the Global team-including design, marketing, CMS, content, and platform development initiatives - the Traffic Coordinator ensures projects progress efficiently, communicates updates clearly, and fosters collaboration across Global and regional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** + Serve as the primary point of coordination for intake requests and workflows within project management tools; oversee request tracking and identify gaps in visibility to propose unified solutions. + Build and report from PM software dashboards to improve visibility and metrics by stages and estimated completion dates for globally led work and intake requests. + Leverage post-launch (steady-state) demand and request-tracking data to define, refine, and maintain data-driven service level agreements (SLAs). + Enable self-service access for stakeholders to view project status and progress anytime, anywhere. + Collaborate with tool administrators to ensure correct application of licenses and access for teams. + Review and align challenges, objectives, and potential solutions using current tools (Jira, Monday) and identify additional resources needed. + Develop best practices for synchronization and updates across multiple backlogs. + Define clear roles and responsibilities for stakeholders involved in intake and execution. + Lead and manage regular meetings to review and decide on intake approvals, denials, and cancellations with cross-functional Global team leads. + Facilitate ongoing process discussions and improvements with global leads, regions and leadership ensuring identification of additional requirements for intake tools, workflows and metrics. + Clearly define processes and update training materials as needed in partnership with the Digital Experience Lead. + Recommend and implement process improvements, integrations, and automation to enhance transparency and efficiency using post-launch demand state data to develop SLA. + Create guidelines for ownership, review, approval, and completion of project stages. + Deliver actionable plans for process optimization and tool integration. + Maintain an understanding of CMS workflows and development processes. **Must-Have Qualifications:** + Experience with workflow and project management tools: Jira, Monday.com, and familiarity with PM and CMS tools. + Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams. + Detail-oriented and methodical approach to tracking and reporting. + Ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements. + Familiarity with CMS, platform development, design, and other digital production processes is a plus.
