**Work Environment**
This role is based in a large plant environment that is not temperature controlled. Expect to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 50lbs (non-repetitive), and stoop. The facility includes departments for manufacturing chillers for data centers, sheet metal fabrication, galvanizing, assembly, and wiring. Supervisors with expertise in these fields are necessary to ensure seamless operations.

They're looking for someone with hands-on experience who can own designs and help move products from concept into production.
**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Design and support **electrical hardware and firmware** for microcontroller-based products
+ Create system-level electrical designs, schematics, and **Bills of Materials (BOMs)**
+ Support product launches by working cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and operations teams
+ Develop technical specifications, test plans, and validation documentation
+ Participate in prototype builds, testing, and early customer evaluations
+ Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within engineering and manufacturing
**What They're Looking For**
