Description:
GENERAL PURPOSE: Operate all Bindery equipment, follow Bindery procedures as outlined on the job tickets, maintain workflow to meet due dates, troubleshoot problem areas and maintain equipment in support of Personalization, Affixing, Fulfillment, and Shipping departments.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
? Reads work orders to determine setup specifications and instructions.
? Follows start up, cleaning and shutdown procedures for the department.
? Adheres to MPS QC processes.
? Operates Bindery Department machinery to keep up with schedule of workload.
? Loads Cutter machines, sets-up/adjusts/operates (Polar, Seybold)
? Cuts and feeds card PMC machine through put single/double lines.
? Loads MBO Folder machine, sets-up/adjusts/operates.
? Sets up Shrink-wrap machine, make ready/run.
? Feeds Inserter machine with envelopes/inserts in machine per ticket instructions.
? Ability to report daily production and consumption of materials.
? Ability to effectively communicate issues with orders and equipment.
? Performs other job duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Must have high school diploma or G.E.D.
? Must have three to five years related Bindery experience.
? Must have the ability to meet and/or pass the minimum requirement on a mechanical test or have demonstrated mechanical aptitude through prior work experience.
? Must have basic computer skills (data entry).
? Must demonstrate intermediate math skills.
? Must demonstrate the following competencies: accuracy, reliability, decision making, time management and self-motivation.
? Must be able to maintain good attendance.
? Must be willing to work overtime as needed; significant overtime may be required during busy periods.

**Job Title:** CCNA Wireless Network Solutions Engineer
**Location:** Remote - RTP, NC Preferred
**What's the Job?**
+ Engage with customers and stakeholders on successful planning and execution of validation engagements.
+ Support Webscale or Enterprise customers to accelerate implementation of new platforms/solutions.
+ Validate new design solutions to meet customer requirements.
+ Drive requirements discussions, analyze test requirements, build test lab configurations, author and execute test plans, and document results.
+ Collaborate with Solution Architects from Delivery and Sales teams to meet customer needs.
**What's Needed?**
+ 10+ years of experience working with Cisco Campus Routing and Switching.
+ CCNA certification required; CCNP preferred.
+ Strong knowledge of NX-OS, IOS-XE, IOS-XR, and IOS configuration.
+ Experience in VXLAN, LISP, BGP, OSPF Routing, and Data Center Switching.
+ Programming experience in Python and ROBOT; knowledge of Ixia/Spirent test tools.

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Cleanroom Electronics Assemblers. This role focuses primarily on the assembly of electronic blood pressure cuffs and being able to proficiently solder onto small micro circuit boards. Must be proficient with working with computer tasks such as using SAP, ERP, and other software tools.
**Responsibilities**
+ Experience in assembly, soldering, and electronics is needed.
+ Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate documentation.
+ Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other written instructions.
+ Collaborate with team members in a cleanroom setting to ensure efficient operations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with ERP/SAP systems.
+ Ability to read and understand SOPs and other written instructions.
+ 0-3 years of manufacturing experience.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Good manual dexterity. Able to lift 35 lbs. Need to be able to stand for around 8 hours a day.
+ Basic proficiency in Windows applications.

**Job Title: CNC Lathe Machinist** **Schedule:** + Flexible 4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday), 10-hour shifts: **2:20 PM - 12:50 AM** + **Occasional overtime on Fridays (typically 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, flexible)** + **Initial training on 1st shift** for up to one month: Monday-Thursday, 5:00/6:00 AM - 3:30/4:30 PM, with optional Friday overtime
**Overview:**
**This role involves diverse machining tasks-no two days are the same. Candidates will work primarily on CNC lathes with some milling operations and toolmaking responsibilities. Welding experience is a plus. The position requires strong programming skills, primarily conversational programming.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Interpret and work from complex blueprints
+ Set up and accurately indicate parts prior to machining
+ Machine parts to close tolerances and precise fits
+ Adjust cutters and understand the impact on subsequent programs and tooling
+ Write and modify CNC programs at the machine using G & M codes
+ Optimize machining conditions (feeds, speeds, depth of cut, axis movements)
+ Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) to verify tolerances within **0.0002" (0.005 mm)**
+ Prepare next job during current run to minimize setup time
+ Operate multiple machines during extended program runs
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
+ Proficiency with CNC lathe operations; milling experience preferred
+ Ability to read, write, and edit G & M code
+ Competency in basic machining concepts and part interaction
+ Familiarity with CNC controls and ability to retrieve programs from server
+ Strong blueprint interpretation skills
+ Minimum **2+ years of experience** in CNC lathe programming and machining
+ Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Welding experience
+ Experience with toolmaking
