As a Non-FAA Production Associate, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks and processes to complete electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies. **Position Overview:**
As a Coating Associate, you'll help prepare work for coating machines, support coating changeovers, and cross-train on multiple lab processes. Your contributions ensure product quality, on-time delivery, and overall team success.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Prepare glass substrates and perform sandblasting as needed.
+ Load and unload coating machines and assist with coating runs.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

Join our team as a Solderer where you will play a crucial role in the production process by hand soldering wires to electrical connectors and printed circuit boards (PCBs). You will be tasked with ensuring the quality and reliability of solder joints, terminations, and assemblies. Your duties will also include assembling electromechanical components, reviewing production documentation, and inspecting your work to meet production specifications.
**Responsibilities**
+ Hand solder wires to electrical connectors and PCBs.
+ Grind, cut, buff, or bend edges to ensure a snug fit before soldering.
+ Verify that solder joints, terminations, and assemblies meet quality and reliability standards.
+ Melt and apply solder along adjoining edges of workpieces or electronic components.
+ Assemble electromechanical assemblies as required.
+ Review and complete required production documentation.
+ Read and understand moderately complex assembly instructions.
+ Comprehend written and verbal assignments.
+ Inspect own work to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
**Essential Skills**
