+ Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with welding assemblies and fixture usage.
+ Knowledge of GTAW and GMAW welding techniques.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Must own a welding hood.
+ Willingness to work on various assigned jobs within and outside the welding field.
+ Ability to fabricate parts under supervision.

**Work Environment**
This position requires on-site work in El Cajon, CA, four days a week. You will work closely with experienced journeyman welders, utilizing modern equipment and technology in a collaborative setting.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
