Sign-On Bonus of $2000!* The retail Sales and Service Specialist (SSS) is a unique hybrid role for stores and is intended as a key pipeline for future career-growth within BSRO. This role is primarily responsible for serving the Boss (customer) through assessing the Bosses' needs, recommending appropriate products and/or services, performing entry-level vehicle services, and ensuring Boss satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services. Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director, Field Applications the Field Service Engineer (West Virginia Remote) is responsible for providing service and support at customer sites located throughout their assigned territory.
What a typical day looks like:
Provide installation supervision, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repair work for low voltage
distribution gear, transformers, and related power distribution equipment in a professional way.

The experience we're looking to add to our team,
Education to the Associates level in electrical power distribution or related field and/or 5+ years of similar work experience in a related field. Military experience is preferred. Data Center or equivalent mission critical system experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience working with electrical power distribution systems, power monitoring systems, AC/DC electrical power, and the use of communication protocols. Three to five years' experience in the design of low voltage switchgear assemblies/systems and/or power distribution equipment is preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of UL Standards, such as UL67 Panelboards, UL1008 Transfer Switch
Equipment, UL10008S Static Transfer Switches, UL60950 Information Technology Equipment, UL 891
Switchboards, UL 1558 Metal‐Enclosed Low‐Voltage Power Circuit Breaker Switchgear as applicable, as well as other pertinent standards.
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
Ability to use test equipment, to include multimeters, current meters, and related devices.

Customer Satisfaction
* Professional execution of the dispenser installation process includes announcing before entering a room, leaving the inside and outside of the dispenser and floor free from any debris, and properly disposing of materials
* Meet/Exceed time commitments for scheduled installations
* Defuse volatile customer situations by listening intently, identifying the key pain point, and offering GOJO service/support where appropriate
* Is attentive to customer needs/requests outside area of expertise/responsibility
* Escalates customer requests to the installation lead who can reach out to the appropriate internal resources for resolution
* Activities/interaction support long-term customer relationships
* Receptive to field seller feedback on customer/end-user expectations
Capability
* Adheres to daily/weekly work schedule arriving on time so the team can travel together as scheduled
* Follow GOJO installation standards and expectations

* Help customer understand root cause of dispenser/system performance issues and ensure recommended resolution will meet customer's expectations
* Spot trends in system performance, capture information, and escalate as needed
Market Leadership
* Support fastest, cleanest, and most sustainable dispenser installation
* Provide market leading troubleshooting and service for dispensing systems to ensure continued profitable operation
* Identify product placement and other "upselling" opportunities for Field Sales partners. GOJO dispenser installations support enterprise profitability expectations
Innovation
* Support the creation of market-leading service and support processes by active participation in process development, testing, and feedback as needed
Financial Strength
* Work with the lead install to return dispenser overages through the RGA process to protect GOJO profitability
* Assist lead installer in capturing accurate dispenser installed counts
Education and Experience
* Associate degree, two (2) years of technical trade school, or equivalent education/work experience
* Minimum one (1) year installation or related experience
* Strong customer service skills are a must
* Ability to obtain be obtain health care facility credentialing is requirement.
* Must pass criminal background check, drug screening, and be willing to get all necessary inoculations

LOCATION: The Field Service Engineer will work remotely out of the St. Louis area and provide coverage for our surrounding install base.

PRODUCT SUPPORT
·Provide installation, repair, upgrade, and maintenance support for TomoTherapy and CyberKnife systems located at assigned customer sites

Summary:
