* Claims Operations: Process stop payments, voids and reissues requests made through Kemper Claim Center
* Agent Activity: Process commission payments, chargebacks, and exceptions
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
* At least 10 -12 years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
* Candidates should be able to clearly articulate key business objectives, and primary metric measures for financial products and services.

PURPOSE:
The CSR is under the immediate supervision of the agency manager to do routine data entry, office work of normal complexity, endorsements, remittance and answer the telephones in accordance with established standards and procedures. Work is expected to be high in quality and accuracy. The CSR must have a working knowledge of office routines and requires the exercise of a limited degree of independent judgment and to do related office work as directed. The CSR may be exposed to confidential information and therefore is required to adhere to all Allstate corporate privacy requirements.
LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:
The CSR is required to obtain a current property and casualty license prior to employment.
MINIMUM PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Will be determined by the Agency Principal and/or the agency manager on a monthly basis.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Maintain and organize agency files, both electronic and paper
Prepare agency solicitation, renewal conservation and other customer mailings
Maintain correspondence on customers files
Run weekly and daily audits
Runs and processes additional Alliance audits as requested by other members of the staff
Follow up and complete all trailing documents for new and existing clients
Answer incoming calls expeditiously and courteously and direct them to the appropriate person promptly and efficiently
Greets all customers coming into the agency in a friendly and helpful manner
Receives and processes insurance payments excluding those processed at time of binding
Receives and processes endorsements in an expeditious and efficient manner
Provide and verify general and non-technical information to inquiries over the telephone or in person
Work well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude

**Position Summary:**
Kemper Home Service team seeking a Sales Manager to work with agents within their assigned territory. The job functions of the Sales Manager include recruiting, training and supervising the agents (average of seven) assigned.

**Position Qualifications:**

+ Proficient with business analysis tasks including documentation of workflows, use cases, business rules, user stories, acceptance criteria and associated data analysis
+ Strong testing and production support background is needed
+ Advanced knowledge of system development lifecycle activities
+ Release and change management experience
+ Expertise in post-production monitoring and support (troubleshooting, data analysis, defect triage)
+ Education equivalent to a college degree in an information technology related or business administration related discipline, supplemented by insurance or computer-related courses/knowledge, or the equivalent in related work experience
+ Current expertise using JIRA/Confluence
+ ServiceNow and AWS knowledge is a plus.
+ This position has to sit in either Birmingham or Jacksonville offices onsite hybrid model with the 65 remote day bank
