At 9am we start our daily process of calling leads and quoting. Lunch is at 1145 - 1245. At 1245pm we meet again for 15 minutes for a daily recap and Q&A. 1pm we get back to the daily process. If a policy you sold cancels there is a chargeback on the commission that was paid, the chargeback is equal to the percentage of the policy period not completed.
7. Is this a "call center atmosphere"? It is a fact that the number of calls given results in the number of policies sold. As our agency grows we will add people who are tasked specifically with making calls. Agents will still make calls as time allows however we want our agents writing policies and talking to customers. It is a work in progress. The right candidates will be rewarded well for putting in the work.
