The Mix Maker uses a computer to control milk product flow into the mixing tanks. The employee adds various ingredients into the tanks to complete the mix. Multiple mixes run at the same time in the available tanks. Depending on the product, some mixes require little to no added ingredients, while others require ingredients to be added at various times throughout the cycle. Mix recipes are accessible through the computer.
