The Ken Garff Listening Center is a contact center that is currently looking for Remote CustomerServiceRepresentatives!
Great work schedule!
The Listening Center is open from 6 AM to 7 PM Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Saturdays, and closed Sundays. Mountain Time. Training class will start February 23rd, 2026.
Network Requirements:
Ethernet connection only (must be hard-wired to router or wall port)
Minimum speeds: 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload
Maximum ping: 40 ms or lower
Equipment Requirements:
Must provide your own equipment
Minimum of 2 monitors (dual-monitor setup required)
Webcam (built-in or external)

Headset with microphone
Keyboard and mouse
A computer, either a desktop (PC Windows) or a laptop with a working webcam
Processor: 1 GHz or faster with 2 or more cores (e.g., Intel i5 - 2430M @ 2.40GHz or equivalent)

System Firmware: UEFI with Secure Boot enabled
TPM: Version 2.0
Graphics: Compatible with DirectX 12 or later with WDDM 2.0 driver
Operating System: Windows 11 required
Apple/Mac devices are not supported
Preferred desktop computer (PC Windows) with at least 8GB of RAM at minimum and a monitor with a working webcam
Laptop computer (PC Windows) with a working webcam is acceptable if a desktop computer is not available. Must have 8GB of RAM minimum
Here's what you'll be doing:
Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
Determine the customer's concerns and schedule the necessary appointment.
Communicate with the customer in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and feeling that they have been heard.
Document and update customer records.
Establish and maintain great customer relationships.
Be a team player and uphold Ken Garff's standards of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented.
Must provide your own equipment
Proficient computer skills, capable of managing multiple systems, and able to type 40 + wpm
The ability to help solve customer problems
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. (Written and verbal)
Ability to multitask, organize & prioritize-in other words, work smart.
Previous customerservice or call center experience is a plus.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
Must be located in Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, or Iowa

Establish and communicate completion time of repair with customer and technician
Answer incoming service calls
Maintain and schedule service appointments
Follow prescribed procedures for customer post follow-up resulting in return visits, increased sales and admirable CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
Strictly follow the manufacturer's warranty guidelines and procedures
Conduct business in an honest manner that maintains the manufacturer Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at or above Asbury's specified goal(s) in service for district, regional and national scores
Comply with all federal, state and local laws, and company policy, regarding the safeguarding all customer, company and manufacturer information, as well as customers vehicle and property
Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment with limited supervision
Must have great customerservice, phone and computer skills
Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred
Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
Must have a valid driver's license

* Produce repair orders for customers, including cost and time estimates, with full transparency
* Communicate frequently with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work
* Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle, based on how the customer wants to be informed
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
* Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers
* Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty

Position Overview
Working in our state of the art service departments, the Service Advisor acts as the go-between for Service Technicians and customers. In this position, you'll be able to get out from behind the desk and play an active role in the service lane. AutoNation will look to you to explain the Service Technician's recommendations to the customer in easy-to-understand language - and suggest up-sell opportunities to keep the customer's vehicle safe.
What Will I Do Every Day?
* Set, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers so they can have a great service experience
* Meet or exceed targeted sales goals & the targeted customer satisfaction index
* Greet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive
* Determine vehicle needs based on customer information and a vehicle walk-around, inspections and test drives
* Use a consultative selling process to assist customers in planning for ongoing required maintenance of their vehicle
* Produce repair orders for customers, including cost and time estimates, with full transparency
* Communicate frequently with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work
* Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle, based on how the customer wants to be informed
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
* Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers
* Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
What are the requirements for this job?
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
* Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
* Prior sales experience preferred but not required
* Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
* The willingness to follow up with customers
* Experience and desire to work with technology
* Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record

About the Role
Smith Power Products is hiring an Oil & Gas New Engine Sales & ServiceRepresentative to grow market share and serve as the primary, boots-on-the-ground customer contact across the Mountain West. What You'll Do
Grow market share by developing new customers and expanding existing accounts
Be the face of Smith Power Products in the field with consistent on-site customer engagement
Identify, develop, and close new engine sales opportunities
Support engine installations, commissioning, and startup activities
Coordinate service support, warranty claims, and maintenance programs
Act as the technical liaison between customers, service teams, and OEMs
Gather market and competitor intelligence to support territory growth
What We're Looking For
Experience in oil & gas engine sales or service
Strong knowledge of diesel and/or natural gas engines
Proven ability to build trust and relationships in the field
Comfortable working independently across a large territory
Willingness to travel extensively within NM, UT, WY, and CO
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with CAT, Cummins, MTU, Waukesha, Kohler, or similar engines
