Create lifetime customers by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, insurance companies and co-workers. Handle negotiations with insurance companies as needed. Prepare and complete insurance claim forms indicating the repair or replacement cost estimates and provide customers with proper recommendations. Calculate and provide an estimated cost for the specific repair needed on the vehicle and/or the estimate for the salvage value of the vehicle. Performs a thorough check of the customers' vehicle to assess all damage to the vehicle. Review the estimates provided with a customer regarding cost of repair and replacement parts as needed.
