Qualifications * Associate degree or equivalent from Automotive Technology * At least three (3) years of automotive experience (or equivalent) * A minimum of 4 ASEs * Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. * Fully proficient in mathematical principles and application (adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying and percentages) * Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles; determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it. * Strong ability to coordinate activities with other employees. * Good attention to detail, and ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language. * Must have a valid California driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record. Upon arrival the coordinator will meet & greet the client, then escort and introduce client to a representative in the sales department. This is as part-time position working a maximum of 30 hours per week. Employees in this position will pay a base hourly wage ranging from the applicable minimum wage up to $20.00 per hour. Additionally, this position pays commissions and/or bonuses, which vary based on performance, with the expected average annual earnings of approx. $42,500 to $45,000.
