Role mission
Own the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical power and control systems across machinery, equipment, building systems, and plant utilities-ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
How you'll contribute
Execute electrical work on both low- and high-voltage systems throughout the facility and grounds.
Diagnose motors, motor starters, and device-level control circuits; interpret and apply electrical schematics.
Program and troubleshoot with RSLinx, RSLogix 5, RSLogix 500, and RSLogix 5000.
Maintain and improve industrial communication networks: DeviceNet, ControlNet, Remote I/O; resolve DH+, DH485, DeviceNet, and Ethernet issues.
Support advanced motion control, including servomotors, servo amplifiers, and servo controllers.
Identify recurring issues and lead corrective actions in partnership with mechanics, supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
Source and order parts via OEM manuals and prints; document work and communicate status effectively.
Embrace “other duties as assigned” to support the team and production needs.
What you'll need
High school diploma or GED; or a minimum of 5 years of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Journeyman or Master Electrician license (required).
Hands-on strengths in OEM equipment support, PLC troubleshooting/programming, and electrical/mechanical diagnostics within manufacturing.

Job Summary
As a member of the Engineering staff, the Electrical Engineer is responsible for the design of new products, prototypes, and carries through to full production. This Engineer will also be responsible for technical support of some mature products currently in production. Provide remote support using tools such as RDP and AnyDesk
Support Microsoft Windows 11, Outlook, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams
Support office IT infrastructure including workstations, conference rooms, AV equipment, and select network components
Provide onboarding and offboarding support including hardware setup, access provisioning, and equipment recovery
Deliver white glove support to executives, VIPs, and senior leadership
Provide day to day technical support via walk ups, support tickets, email, instant messaging, and phone
Track, follow up, and resolve support requests in a timely manner
Manage and support a ticketing queue including ticket documentation and prioritization
Contribute to knowledge transfer activities and internal knowledge base documentation
Support large meetings, all hands sessions, town halls, and internal events
Assist with internal asset management and inventory tracking
Help process purchase orders and coordinate with procurement and accounting teams for ordering, shipping, and invoicing
Manage and maintain user access accounts and configure hardware as part of onboarding and offboarding workflows
Provide facilities related IT support including building systems, telecom vendors, network infrastructure, internet service providers, and conference room audio visual equipment
Support internal IT initiatives and project based work as assigned
Perform additional duties as needed based on business needs
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field
• Three or more years of IT technical support experience
• Strong proficiency in written and verbal English communication
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non technical users
Areas of Expertise Required
• Strong understanding of corporate IT infrastructure and end user technology environments
• Experience supporting Windows, mac OS, and Linux operating systems including Ubuntu
• Hands on experience supporting audio visual and conferencing technologies

You start your shift in a modern, climate‑controlled plant in Marlborough, MA. A filler is flagging intermittent faults; a pump needs a rebuild; a refrigeration alarm just popped. You prioritize, diagnose, and bring systems back to peak performance-keeping Ken's Foods' sauces and dressings moving.
Your mission
Own reliability across the facility-find issues early and fix them fast.
Keep automated packaging equipment running through expert troubleshooting and repair.
Apply pump theory for maintenance and overhaul work.
Use pneumatic and hydraulic fundamentals to restore motion and control.
Read schematics to pinpoint faults; service both low- and high-voltage safely.
Diagnose motors, starters, VFDs, and device-level controls.
Repair electrical control/power circuits, including PLC and solid-state systems.
Weld (gas/arc) and solder for durable mechanical repairs.
Support site utilities: steam, hot water, compressed air, refrigeration.
Perform basic plumbing/carpentry and source parts from manuals and prints.
Communicate clearly in writing and verbally; document work and follow instructions.
What it takes
High school diploma/GED and a minimum of 3 years in industrial maintenance, or an equivalent mix of training and experience.
Broad electromechanical skill set in manufacturing environments.
Completion of the Standard Timing Model mechanical test with a score of 60% or higher.
License track (MA)
For Massachusetts only; Role requires Special to Operate Engineering License (Steam Plant) -- License training will be provided if not already in possession.
