Job Description: Swine Production Internship 10 weeklong program: June 1st-August 3rd 2026 As a Swine Production Intern you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of sow production, including gestation and farrowing, while learning about biosecurity protocols and record-keeping. You will be directly involved with assisting with daily animal care, maintaining facilities, and monitoring animal health. The program will provide you with networking opportunities, leadership courses, and the ability to tour other parts of the business. The selected candidate will perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients of all ages under the direction and guidance of professional and nursing personnel. Assists with cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Assists in the Emergency Department as a circulator. Provides transportation of patients to radiology and other units. Requirements: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. BLS certification required. High School Diploma required. Medical Terminology knowledge required. Unit Secretary experience preferred, including clerical and computer experience. Hours: This is a full-time position. Working hours are from 7:00pm - 7:00am, 3-days per week.
