Salary ranges from: $60,000 - $75,000 + up to 10% in bonuses Shift time: Monday - Friday: 3:00am - 1:00pm Ideal Candidate Requirements: Experience in a transportation, cross docking, or shipping and receiving environment (preferably within the LTL industry) Strong leadership qualities Desire to surround customer with excellence in service High aptitude for technology The ability to multi-task while being detail oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills An Associates or Bachelor's Degree, preferred but not required Duties include, but are not limited to: Relaying critical information between drivers and our vendors/Terminal Managers Manage up to 30 local LTL drivers and dock personnel to achieve a designated production schedule. This includes the process of loading, managing forklift traffic, and overseeing proper picking/sortation of palletized freight. Review and revise driver routes to increase efficiencies while monitoring a changing workload Being aware of freight that is in transit Assist and report issues that drivers face when they're on the road (i.e. flat tire) Ensure facility Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals are met and/or exceeded Maintain a safe work environment compliant with state and federal DOT/OSHA standards Provide / support a culture of excellence in quality of product to internal and external customers

Position Overview: The Operations Supervisor plays a key role in managing their team's workflow by assigning tasks, supporting staff, monitoring results, and reporting to senior management. They ensure safety and efficiency by improving processes, setting team targets, and acting as a link between employees and upper management. Supervisors are also responsible for coaching and resolving issues. Work Location: This is an on-site role Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2nd shift Compensation/Benefits: Attractive annual salary of $65,000 plus bonus with benefits including PTO, sick time, corporate holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education. Key Responsibilities: * Promote a safe environment for the customer's product, associates, and temporary workers. * Follows established operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current. * Provides 100% customer satisfaction. * Builds a positive teamwork environment by listening and communicating with all associates. * Helps maintain attendance and tardiness records. * Monitors daily compliance with safety procedures. * Investigates accidents and prepares reports. * Provides on-the-job coaching and training needed to ensure associate skills are maintained at desired levels. * Helps coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for associates and temporary workers, complaints and associate concerns productivity and quality of work. * Oversee warehouse and inventory associates. * Maintain proper Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food grade warehouse. #IND123 Minimum Requirements: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with some college level study is required. * 2+ years experience in a supervisor warehousing role. * Strong oral and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working second shift currently a plus * Production experience a plus * Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. * Bi-lingual, Spanish speaking a plus * Microsoft Office Suites experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. * Lean six sigma experience a plus * Inventory experience a plus * Third Party Logistics (3PL) experience a plus #IND123 This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
