GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE
The Elite Stylist is responsible for engaging with guests, consulting with them on their hair care needs and recommending products and services. The Elite Stylist delivers quality professional services with an emphasis on the guest's total look. They support the Experience Manager (EM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) and focus on performance (service sales, and productivity), people (guest service), and process (operating procedures and compliance standards). Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills
Experience utilizing Xactimate and other estimating software preferred

This is an entry level position that is responsible for aiding in the daily functions of the Team Six Office (TSO) and Employee Residential Campus.
