Position Overview: The Social Media Manager is a key member of the Brand Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director of Social Media and Influencer. This role is responsible for leading creative ideation and execution of social-first campaigns that bring our brand story to life across platforms. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social trends, especially TikTok and Instagram, and knows how to transform cultural moments into breakthrough brand content. The ideal candidate will pair creative vision with strategic rigor-concepting big ideas, shaping engaging storytelling, and ensuring execution drives both community engagement and business results. This person will also manage our editorial calendar, collaborate closely with our Creative and Influencer teams, and mentor junior social team members while ensuring our content keeps Kendra Scott at the forefront of culture. This person will also support performance reporting, streamlining team workflows, and operations to ensure we're delivering engaging content and meaningful business results across all platforms. Responsibilities: Manage and own the social media editorial calendar, ensuring strategic and timely rollout across platforms. Lead social-first creative ideation for campaigns, product launches, and cultural moments, developing big ideas that drive engagement and brand storytelling. Concept, brief, and execute cross-channel campaigns with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms. Partner with Creative, Brand, and Influencer teams to produce trend-driven, platform-native content that breaks through the feed. Monitor cultural trends, TikTok formats, and consumer conversations to proactively inform content strategy. Attend photo and video shoots to direct and capture social-first creative assets. Support monthly and campaign-level social reporting, translating performance metrics into actionable insights and recommendations. Partner with Marketing Operations and Brand team to launch seasonal collections and new products through social campaigns. Refine social operations, workflows, and publishing processes to drive team efficiency and scalability. Partner with Social Influencer Lead to source influencer content that aligns to key social campaigns and brand storytelling Manage junior social team members, providing guidance and support for their growth. Our Ideal Candidate will have: 5+ years of social media experience or in a related field, including time in a creative or strategic role. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in the Social Media, Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications field 1+ years of experience with management Strong track record of leading cross-functional social campaigns and collaborating with creative partners Experience with people management (1+ years) and interest in mentoring junior team members A portfolio or work samples that demonstrate strong creative ideas, trend fluency, and social-first storytelling. A proven ability to execute with consistent delivery Deep expertise in TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social platforms-from trend cycles to content formats. Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Dash, native platform insights), comfortable with Excel, and ability to distill complex data into compelling takeaways Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities Highly collaborative with a strong ability to build relationships with co-workers and keep others informed A growth mindset and passion for experimenting with new ideas, formats, and platforms. Able to travel to photoshoots and brand events as needed (10-15% travel) Ability to represent the Kendra Scott brand with energy and creativity in both digital and real-life moments. When working in Asset Protection, no two days will be the same, however a typical day in the life of an Asset Protection Agent will likely include the following responsibilities: * Resolve theft by using good judgment and conduct quality apprehensions in high shrinkage areas while strictly adhering to policy, procedures, and AP leadership guidance. * Identify theft trends by leveraging technology, reporting and surveillance tactics. * Drive a shrinkage reduction culture by implementing action plans and merchandise protection standards. * Identify, escalate, and support internal theft investigations through various methods including, but not limited to, exception-based reporting and surveillance systems. * Investigate internal theft by gathering evidence and partnering with AP Leadership and Investigation teams. * Use video systems to monitor theft activity and support investigations. * Leverage RFID data to view merchandise movement at the highest level and aid item level investigations with merchandise inaccuracies. * Maintain the general safety and security of customers, employees, and store by responding to, escalating, and reporting all store security and emergency incidents including medical emergencies. * Support the security of our physical spaces and those within by leading security audits, participating in store meetings, and leading shrinkage awareness efforts and training within the store. * Serve as a member of the store Emergency Response Team (ERT) and actively participate in store emergency response training, including First Aid. * Prepare and submit prompt and complete reports for all high-profile incidents, merchandise recoveries, investigations, policy violations, safety incidents and other illegal activities, etc. * Testify in court when summoned for criminal and/or civil cases. * Build cross functional partnerships with store leaders, neighboring retailers, and local law enforcement. Key Responsibilities: Contract Lifecycle Management * Manage the contract intake and workflow process in Ironclad, ensuring timely review, approval, and execution. * Serve as the system owner for Ironclad, helping configure, maintain, and optimize the contract lifecycle management tool. * Track contract renewals, obligations, and compliance metrics to reduce risk and avoid missed deadlines. Contract Review & Negotiation Support * Partner with business stakeholders to review, draft, and enhance contractual terms, ensuring alignment with company standards. * Support contract negotiations by advising on risk allocation, performance obligations, and preferred terms to drive cost savings and compliance. * Collaborate closely with the Legal team to secure review and approval of medium- to high-material contracts. * Draft and maintain business term playbooks to ensure consistency and efficiency in contract negotiations. Strategic Cost Savings & Efficiencies * Contribute to achieving 15-20% incremental savings by identifying cost efficiencies and favorable terms across enterprise agreements. * Reduce reliance on outside counsel through effective in-house contract review, saving time and expense. * Drive operational efficiencies by standardizing processes, accelerating turnaround times, and enabling scalable contract support. Training & Business Enablement * Educate cross-functional teams on preferred contract terms and negotiation strategies through training sessions, toolkits, and office hours. * Provide guidance to business partners on contract compliance and risk mitigation. * Act as a trusted liaison between business stakeholders and Legal, ensuring policies and governance are consistently applied. Our Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field (JD or paralegal certification a plus). * 5+ years' experience in contract management, legal operations, or contract administration in a high-growth environment. * Experience managing or supporting a contract lifecycle management (CLM) system (Ironclad strongly preferred). * Strong knowledge of contract review, drafting, and negotiation of commercial agreements. * Proven track record of driving cost savings, process improvements, and cross-functional education. * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * A shared appreciation for our 3 core values of Family, Fashion and Philanthropy. Position Overview The Interim Inventory Control Specialist reports to the Inventory Control Lead and operates under the direction of one or more Inventory Control Analysts. This role is primarily responsible for maintaining accurate and reliable accounting of inventory systems in parallel with physical inventory throughout the facility. Key responsibilities include executing and supporting cycle counting strategies, leading efforts in inventory error resolution, and providing leadership communication of status, root-cause findings, and risks. In addition to these core duties, the Interim Inventory Control Specialist may identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement by creating metrics, analyzing data trends, and conducting root cause investigations.
