Key Responsibilities Conceptualize, capture, and edit compelling video content that reflects the Kendra Scott brand across digital platforms. Partner with Creative Services, eCommerce, and Social teams to produce video assets that enhance brand storytelling and visual consistency. Develop and execute a regular cadence of styling and product-focused videos for use across eCommerce and marketing channels. Support social content creation by capturing and editing short-form video assets that align with seasonal campaigns and brand moments. Produce high-quality in-studio and on-location video content, ensuring strong composition, lighting, and sound. Edit and deliver polished video work using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable editing software. Adapt content for multiple platforms and aspect ratios, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and web. Apply color correction, sound design, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling. Support post-production workflows to maintain quality, consistency, and efficiency across the team. Stay informed on emerging trends, visual styles, and technologies within video, social, and digital storytelling. Bonus: Capture high-quality still photography that complements video work and extends the visual narrative of the brand. What You Bring A portfolio demonstrating a refined eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling through video. Proven experience capturing and editing a range of content types - from social-first pieces to brand campaigns. Technical proficiency with professional camera systems, lighting equipment, and audio tools. Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects. A deep understanding of social and digital video trends, and how to tailor storytelling for various audiences and platforms. A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance creativity and strategy in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and brand alignment. Bonus: Experience with still photography and post-production editing. Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of experience in videography, film production, or content creation within a brand, agency, or studio environment. The Asset Protection (AP) team's function is to keep our customers, teams and brands safe. AP partners with the store Emergency Response Team (ERT) to prepare for, respond to, and recover from a variety of emergencies. AP also protects company profits by mitigating shrinkage risks, as well as preventing, investigating, and resolving theft, to ensure merchandise is available for our customers. Asset Protection's strategies are driven by our three Asset Protection Pillars: * Protect People by providing support for employee and customer safety. * Protect Physical Spaces by protecting our assets which include both building and merchandise. * Support Product Accuracy through store partnership working towards improved inventory accuracy and reduction of shrinkage. Position Overview: This role leads the financial strategy of the retail channel to deliver business results through effective financial management, planning and risk management. The responsibilities of this position includes establishing financial targets for the channel, supporting the business in the delivery of financial results, Additionally, this position is responsible for ad-hoc analysis supporting strategic business decisions (e.g., investments), and generating ideas and leading the execution of elevated analytics and process improvement to enable the growing fleet to maintain the nimble nature of the company. The Financial Manager is a member of the Finance, Planning and Analysis team and reports directly to the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Responsibilities: Lead the annual planning process for the brick-and-mortar fleet (+160 stores) with cross functional teams and Senior Director of FP&A to build full P&L budget and quarterly forecast (Sales through EBITDA). Managing a direct report (Retail Financial Analyst) in providing accurate and fact-based financial analysis to Retail teams including insights on comp store performance, changes in key sales performance metrics and expense management. Partner with accounting and retail operations teams to understand detailed and drivers of results during the month-end close process. Drives the pro forma process, including guiding the Retail Analyst in building out a robust post-audit reporting process to best utilize company capital to drive profitable growth Translate disparate data into timely decision-making information using succinct, relevant, and cohesive narratives supported with graphical interpretations. Manage the evolving reporting process through both delegation and individual contribution to enable speed and actionable insights to Retail Leadership and its fleet. Prepare monthly and quarterly business review materials in partnership with the Retail teams. Act as a liaison between Retail Operations, Accounting and Merchandise, Planning, and Allocation teams. Support and lead ad-hoc projects and analysis as a part of strengthening the financial team's capabilities to support a fast-growing company. Champion reporting automation and improvements to drive timely and efficient analysis. Teach/re-enforce financial concepts and tools across audiences of varying familiarity.
