AWS Neuron is looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to define and drive product strategy for the Neuron Kernel Interface (NKI), a compiler library enabling custom kernel development and optimization. You will be part of the AWS Neuron Product Management team, driving innovation in machine learning acceleration software. AWS Neuron is the software stack for Trainium and Inferentia, the AWS Machine Learning chips, delivering best-in-class ML performance in the cloud. You will lead NKI requirements working backward from customer needs, drive kernel library features definition, and drive developer experience for custom kernel development, enabling customers to successfully and independently develop and optimize ML workloads on AWS Neuron through deep understanding of compiler systems, kernel optimization, and hardware acceleration.
The ideal candidate will have solid understanding of compiler technologies, computer architecture, and ML systems. Experience with ML frameworks, model architectures, and distributed computing is highly valuable.

Job Description
We're looking for a passionate leader to take on our local Marine Layer store. As the leader on the ground, you will be responsible for managing the business within your four walls. With the support of your Area + District Managers, you will execute sales strategy, ensure the team is fully staffed and scheduled with top notch talent, check all the boxes on operations and visuals, and be the representative of the ML brand in your local market.
As a growing Company, we are often implementing new process and launching new initiatives- we are looking for someone excited to partner with HQ + leadership on these changes, as well as being the liaison to your team for these important updates.
Scope
In addition to finding someone who relates to our 7-day weekend vibes, we are looking for an Store Manager who has experience in the following areas:

Visual Merchandising: From monthly floorsets to daily product replenishment, our product needs to look good and sell well in our stores. Operations: As a Fleet, we strive for operational excellence. This means executing key tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and delegating day to day projects like fulfillment + zoning. Keeping your store operating smoothly helps your team have a top notch experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION
In-store brand representation:
Maximize brand exposure (visual merchandising, supportive brand materials, etc.)
Streamline brand presence across doors
Support cannabis sales while leveraging opportunities for brand accessories growth in productive doors
Create opportunities for brand features, including in-store activations, pop-ups, etc. and represent brand at activations
Brand liaison and point of contact for dispensaries/budtenders:

REQUIREMENTS
