Position Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, market trends, and operational data.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports to track strategic goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in business analysis, corporate strategy, investment, asset management, or acquisitions.
Experience working directly with C-suite executives; prior Chief of Staff experience is a strong plus.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of retail or convenience store operations is highly desirable.
