As our Creative Strategy Intern, you'll help turn big ideas into campaigns that inspire and engage.You'll assist with trend research, performance analysis, and digital asset management, while adding your unique perspective to brainstorms. RESPONSIBILITIES
Gain hands-on experience bridging creative and marketing strategy in a fast-paced sports eyewear environment
Develop data-driven creative strategies to reach, engage, and convert audiences into purchasers
Translate business objectives into impactful campaign ideas
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform performance media strategies
Analyze video and digital content performance to support optimizations
Manage digital assets to ensure brand consistency and accuracy
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, marketing, and sales teams to execute campaigns
Monitor campaign analytics and optimize for engagement and results
Report campaign performance to key role holders
Advocate for consistent brand voice across channels while balancing creativity and performance
Support the creative process from brainstorming through execution
Contribute ideas and assist on projects that impact the brand
Conduct strategic research, including cultural scans, competitive audits, and trend case studies
Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously

INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS
Available to work full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Committed to the full 10-week internship: June 15, 2026 - August 21, 2026
Able to work onsite at our Inglewood, CA office
Must reside in Los Angeles or the surrounding area for the duration of the internship
Fully onsite for the first 30 days to help us get to know you in person
After the first 30 days, onsite every Tuesday and Thursday
No college degree or prior experience needed-just a passion for learning and jumping into the flamingo-filled chaos of goodr

Job Description:
The Internship program at COTA gives students and those seeking internships the opportunity to learn more about the live events industry. Interns experience a true hands-on work environment while assisting staff members with all aspects and responsibilities that go into producing all types of successful events COTA puts into production.
Circuit of the Americas is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented team player that knows how to balance networking and relationship building with the attention to detail that is required for successful execution of events.
This will be a paid, in-person internship with compensation.

Internship Work:
Work is scheduled weekly in coordination as university program requires. COTA requests:
Hours/Week: 15 - 25hrs/week

Paid Internships at COTA:
COTA partners with several universities throughout the state. We believe there should be opportunity options for individuals who are seeking internships to gain experience and understanding in our industry.
Paid Internships are for college students that are looking to learn about COTA and gain work experience but do not have a class that requires an internship. This Internship can last up to a full semester per department.
Responsibilities:
Assist Ticket Managers with promoter for all concert events including event build and set-up
Aid in the processing and fulfilling of season and individual ticket orders
Aid in the maintenance of the customer database
Work collaboratively with other departments/clients to ensure efficient operations
Provide effective customer service
Help supervise box office staff for select events
Review or perform balancing, depositing and reporting of ticket office receipts, as required
Create and distribute ticket office sales reports
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 days a week in office (15-25hrs/ week.) with a flexible schedule and ability to work weekends/evenings
Attention to detail and strong time management skills are a must
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Positively represent COTA
Required Event Dates: Scheduled COTA Events as needed
Physical Demand & Work Environments:
Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms.
Ability to lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds.

Support staff in assigned projectâbased work

What Else You Should Know
Our internships are full-time positions, in-person at our South San Francisco or Dallas office. We will host our Summer 2026 interns from May or June to August.

The starting cash range for this internship is $32 - 36/ hour. Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role.
