Key Responsibilities
Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help them achieve their goals.
Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.

What you will do
The Sr. Commerical Security Account Executive is a senior level sales associate with accreditation/certification, team selling skills and knowledge of Johnson Controls integrated level technologies, including fire and other high-level applications. The position is responsible for securing profitable sales and upgrades to new, existing and discontinued Johnson Controls Commercial customers within an assigned territory while maximizing customer satisfaction and retention. How you will do it
Adhere to current Johnson Controls policies, procedures, products, programs and services.
Create new market share by selling a broad range of Johnson Controls products and services to new local commercial customers.
Sell additional products and services to existing accounts that continue to present new sales opportunities. Sell add-ons, amend, and convert existing customer systems to meet the customers' expectations.
Renew existing customer agreements.
Responsible for resale opportunities within an assigned territory
Sell products within assigned territory consisting of integrated video surveillance, access control, and fire sales.
Fire jobs, where NICET certification and an understanding of local municipal codes are required will be estimated, confirmed, and sold with the support of this associate.
Identify prospects utilizing creative lead-generating techniques and maintain productive working relationships with existing customers.
Utilize approved marketing materials to include the Commercial Model Sales Call process to present sales presentation and proposal to prospects, assuring the customer understands our value proposition, positive features and advantages of our products and services over those of the competition. Follow up with prospects in a timely manner.
Independently establish call plans and customer follow-up strategies and tactics; consistently apply time and territory management techniques.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services and customers' issues and needs through in-house training, networking and reading/research.
Obtain referrals and work with Centers of Influence.
Process work order and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures.
Conduct post installation follow-up by contacting customer, ensuring commitments were met and affirm customer satisfaction once the customer has been in service.
Provide training/guidance to less experienced representatives.
Team-sell with other Johnson Controls associates, particularly representatives in the first 180 days of position being assigned.
Responsible for new business development for North America and Local business accounts - existing customers and new.
What we look for
Required
High school degree or equivalent required.
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a successful commercial sales representative in the security, IT or other technology sales industry, demonstrated by the consistent ability to meet and exceed quota.
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to present to senior level executives within the customer and Johnson Controls organizations.

In Scope:

This individual contributor position is responsible for various tasks related to staging, and preparing inventory vehicles for inbound/outbound transport and direct delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Use handheld scanning equipment to log vehicle locations and troubleshoot inventory location
Accurately receive, organize, locate, and stage inventory vehicles on-lot consistent with processing and safety standards
Multi-point inspections of inventory vehicles and accurately complete inspection reports
Consistently meet processing and quality standards
Maintain lot and workspace areas
Safely operate company-owned vehicles
Fuel inventory vehicles as needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to operate a computer and company issued tablet and mobile devices
Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner
Ability to frequently and safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Ability to work variable schedules as necessary
Physical Working Conditions
Capable of walking 5 to 10 miles per shift
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions such as rain, snow, heat, etc.
Frequently getting in and out of vehicles.
Bend, twist, stoop, squat, and stand
Ability to work in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, dusty, wet and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance

Senior Systems Administrator (4 Days Onsite / 1 Remote)

We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to support and enhance our internal IT infrastructure. This is a hands-on technical role managing Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Microsoft 365, and core network systems in a professional services environment. The ideal candidate is a mid-senior level IT professional who enjoys ownership, stability, and working directly with IT leadership on system improvements and modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Manage VMware vSphere/vCenter environments (resource tuning, HA/DRS, provisioning)
• Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, security/compliance settings)
• Assist with network administration, including VLANs, VPNs, routing/switching
• Support firewall configuration and remote access (SonicWall experience a plus)
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation for complex systems and infrastructure issues
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, cloud integrations, and security hardening efforts
• Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures
Qualifications
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Systems Administration or Systems Engineering
• Strong experience with Windows Server & Active Directory
