Computer controlled setup using the HMI (human machine interfaces) to make adjustment to programs for press set-ups. * Load and off-load inserts from multiple presses. * Gage inserts to insure proper dimensions. * Scope inserts to verify visual characteristics and defects. * Pull samples using the 30x scope, 60X scope and Alicona and record inspection results on route card. Selecting Tugsten powder and calculating green insert powder weight. * Separate scrap from good inserts document accurately. Scan correct production information and equipment downtime into MII. Maintain tooling used in machines. * Train new operators when required. * Trouble shooting quality and machine issues from moderate to complex.
