Perform various maintenance/custodial duties as assigned both in The Kennedy Collective facility and on outside contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
General cleaning using appropriate industrial methods and safety practices.
Receive direct supervision from the Janitorial Crew Supervisor/Assistant Manager or Manager of Janitorial Services.
Clean bathrooms, vacuum, mop, buff, strip, wax floors, empty garbage and recyclables, clean tabletops, general building maintenance.
Perform work to all contract specifications.
Operate buffing equipment.
Maintain and replace inventory of supplies and materials.
Maintain equipment in operating condition.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High School Diploma.
Two years of experience in routine maintenance/custodial duties preferred.
Valid Driver's License.
