Pros of working at City of Kennewick

The working environment is great. Upper management really show their staff how much they are appreciated. Pay and benefits are great too.

Cons of working at City of Kennewick

There have been a few "head scratcher" decisions that have been made, but fortunately I've had the feeling like they were poor judgement decisions rather than self serving decisions.

City of Kennewick benefits

The people! The wellness program is also great and the employee functions (i.e. pancake breakfast, employee appreciation events, etc.) are always great. You feel like they really care about you.
