About the Role
As a Belmont Village Caregiver, you will provide hands-on personal assistance to a group of seniors living within our large Assisted Living and Memory Care community. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MHD/ELM YOUTH WORKER:
Monitor client compliance by conducting daily in person home visits or school checks.

De-escalate crisis situations with youth and families in an appropriate manner.
LOCATION: Kenosha, WI. Local travel is required to meet youth and families at home or other placement settings and community spaces, with mileage reimbursement.
SCHEDULE: Full-time 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Schedule will include some evenings and occasional weekends as needed.
