skeletons. Move completed work orders to their next destination. Clean the
area, sweeps and empties slug collectors. Perform any and all tasks that would
assist in production or quality within the laser department.
Other duties as assigned.

Primary Function
Performs routine maintenance on building systems and equipment. Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facility. Performs and documents shipping and receiving duties. Build freight containers and package freight
Keep order in the Storage areas
Manage the trash and recycling logistics for the building
PM for the forklift and the van
Monthly safety and PM check lists
Assist with light duty shop tasks such as sectioning field returns for analysis
Purchase lab equipment and supplies
Tracks and pays invoices for multiple ongoing services for the building
Assist with lab technician tasks as needed in multiple lab areas
Other duties may be assigned as needed

The Global Tax Director leads and manages the tax department, overseeing the preparation and maintenance of tax returns, reports and other related materials. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in tax or related.
10+ of experience in tax management, with significant experience in a leadership role.
CPA required.

Assist with annual cost roll, including reviewing error logs throughout the year.
Support operations team with capital project acquisition requests and capitalization processes.
Review significant commodity inflation/deflation for purchase price variances for accuracy, documenting any current and future impact.
Assist with audit requests from division and corporate teams.
Helps analyze, approve and track cost improvements.
Analyze weekly inventory adjustments to ensure responsible parties are informed and costs are accurately reported.

Qualifications

Responsbilities:
Helpdesk ownership: ensure end user tickets are assigned & completed within established SLA's
Hardware deployment & maintenance of PC's, tablets, scanners, printers and other equipment
Maintain an organized system for company hardware assets and warranty/service packages
Network management and maintenance - monitoring internet connectivity, regularly updating servers, switches, routers, and ensuring all equipment functions optimally
Collaborate with the IT Manager to identify, evaluate & implement new software and process improvements across the family of companies
Maintain relationships with key support vendors; ensuring that their costs, lead times and service quality meet or exceed expectations
Follow all company safety, quality and housekeeping policies, procedures, and practices

Skills and Experience Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT preferred, or comparable work experience
Minimum of 5 years of IT hardware and Helpdesk support experience
Proficiency with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VoIP systems and networking protocols
Experience working in a multi-site manufacturing environment preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

As an Estimation Engineer for Kapco, you will analyze blueprints, specification, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost and labor estimates for production, projects or services.
