Clean out the Office Fully, and have individuals in their that actually know what their doing. Who want past unfair judgements

I was hiring by Kent Center, but through an agency which I think would do better letting them go. Staff in the main office make “shoot from the hip” decision, directed to their own advantage

Too many to list. Biggest is working for many years with no raise. High turnover because of low pay and bad management
