In addition, it offers salad dressing mixes, frozen desserts, home canning mixes, sauce and seasoning blends, gravies, and instant food thickening products. The company offers its products through dealers, distributors, retailers, and retail stores. Kent Corporation was formerly known as Muscatine Foods Corporation and changed its name to Kent Corporation in March 2012. The company was founded in 1927 and is based in Muscatine, Iowa with an additional office in St. Louis, Missouri. It has manufacturing facilities in Washington, Indiana; Bolingbrook, Illinois; and Muscatine and New Sharon, Iowa.
