Provide a level of support necessary to ensure all clients experience an improved quality of life while in our shelters. 4. Use a strength-based approach to help clients in working towards their goals of obtaining independent living. 5. Accompany clients to appointments, as needed. 6. Organize, plan and lead groups for clients in shelter to help promote positive interactions and group work (i.e. affirmation boards, book club, yoga, etc.), on a voluntary basis, when time allows. 7. Complete daily administrative duties such as answering phone, directing inbound calls, keeping office clean and organized, tracking supply lists and facility needs, completing check requests and therapeutic programming attendance of clients. 8.
