Mr. O’Brien has designed, developed and implemented advanced integrated security systems for a multitude of commercial and government customers including hospitals, hotels, government facilities, public facilities, shopping centers, courthouses, detention facilities and fuel processing and storage facilities. He has designed and implemented the advanced integrated security systems protecting many Federal, State, and City and County facilities including Department of Homeland Security funded systems protecting Honolulu’s Water Supply, the State of Hawaii Department of Transportation, The Department of Defense Regional Fuel Supply, the Honolulu and Maui County Wide Integrated Security system, and the University of Hawaii.
