In 1959, the company moved to New London, Ohio.
Robert and Linda Hess were notified by the City of Sparta that their plan was accepted on condition that they be operational on November 16, 1973.
The ambulance service was founded in 1973.
In December 1974, the ambulance service had it's first real major trauma scene involving multiple vehicles and injuries.
In 1977 the City of Sparta was looking for a way to obsolve itself of this ambulance service.
Starting in 1983, the owners of Kent began to acquire the assets of many popular water sports corporations.
Their OEM business conti nues to grow.1988 - Acquires Black Sheep, a brand specializing in marine safety equipment, hunting apparel, and gun cases.
Founded at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Chi Alpha Epsilon was organized in 1989.
In 2003 Colin McEown and Andrew McKay founded the MySite Group, at that stage called MySite Design Pty Ltd.

In 2020, Norbit joined MySite Group and within the first few months grew from a customer-facing team of 1 to 4, significantly increasing their revenue within their first year post-acquisition.
In 2021, GuestPoint joined MySite Group and within a few short months grew from a team of 10 to over 20 including 4 additional customer facing staff and 6 product engineers.
