What you'll need to be successful: 6-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including in-house recruitment experience at start-ups. Expertise in recruiting for a variety of roles, including niche, technical, and leadership positions. Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and innovative sourcing tools.
