Job Description: Setting up and stocking dish stations with all necessary supplies. Thoroughly cleaning, sanitizing, and storing dishes.
Job Purpose: To support a great guest experience by providing guests with clean and visually attractive dining wares.
Job Qualifications:
● Ability to follow directions pertaining to food safety, chemical safety, and daily maintenance of equipment
● Ability to operate a high temperature dishwasher
● Reliable transportation to and from work
● Works days, nights, holidays and/or weekends as required
● Ability to work in a team environment
● Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
● Must have problem solving abilities, and time-management skills
● Commitment to accurately and quickly prepare and deliver items to guests

Job Tasks:
● Adhere to company standards of cleanliness in all areas of our facility
● Read and prepare menu items by recipe, honoring any guest modifications
● Ensure proper use of chemicals while cleaning, and proper use of any equipment
● Ensure kitchen operations are running smoothly by completing all “Jolt” checklists in a timely manner
● Pro-active in getting things done and exceeding expectations of both guests and team members
● Observe and follow sanitary practices for food contact surfaces, general cleanliness, and maintenance of cinema
● Stocking and putting away items in concessions and in restrooms
● Showing flexibility and willingness to perform tasks outside of an assigned position
● Complete training and attend classes as directed
● Taking out trash as necessary
● Comply to all manager requests for any cleaning tasks or other duties
Physical Requirements
● Ability to speak and hear
● Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
● Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 45lbs.
