Insures timely, competent and courteous relations with service customers. Analyzes the quality control report.
Promotes the sales of labor, parts and accessories during customer contact
Monitors daily all open repair orders and closes them as quickly as possible. Troubleshoots with parts department any delays in receiving parts for repair orders and resolves quickly. Monitors Inter-company tickets to ensure equal priority.
Issues workmen's compensation "First Report of Injury" forms to injured employees. Ensures forms are correctly completed and returned immediately. Directs injured employee to necessary medical treatment. Promptly forwards reports to Service Manager for review, and to Insurance Company for processing of claim.
Assists Service Manager, Warranty Administrator, Credit Department, and Production Control in the performance of their duties
Works with Credit Manager in verifying open charge account status prior to accepting P.O., unit release and updates the repair order system estimates
Maintains friendly working relationship with customers and company employees, providing assistance/information/instruction as necessary to expedite repairs and preserve good relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of five years of experience in the truck service field
A CDL license or the ability to obtain a CDL and good driving record
The ability to work well under pressure and have good organizational skills
The ability to assist the Service Manager in training mechanics
Customer Service skills to greet customers and coordinate service orders

Oversees the Company's appraisals, trades, and purchases of used trucks: marketing in conformity with annual business plan.
Promotes a positive sales culture to achieve goals: assists in hiring, training, and retention of truck sales personnel. S/he will establish sales goals and hold the sales team accountable for performance. Meets with management regularly to review performance, pending sales, prospecting, marketing strategy, profit margins, and related issues.
Assists sales employees in person with inspecting and purchasing inventory, identifying opportunities, and meeting with Customers to foster excellent relations. S/he will keep the sales team up to date on current issues and strategies by conducting regular sales meetings, implementing proper advertising campaigns, sales promotions, and ensuring positive Customer service strategies.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

Maintains a level of training and experience with specialized materials, equipment, machinery, and painting techniques necessary for superior servicing of the customer's equipment. Attends training sessions as required from time to time by the Body Shop Manager.
Performs additional services required when any piece of equipment is returned by customer because of Painter's faulty workmanship.
QUALIFICATIONS:

4. Accompanies flight crews to perform in-flight troubleshooting and adjustments and performs preflight evaluations of avionics and instrument systems.

6. Maintains and cleans line maintenance test equipment and work area as required. Operates ground support equipment as necessary.
7. Attends factory and Company technical classes and participates in OJT to increase technical skills and proficiency. Maintains technical training log.
8. Be available to provide a continuation of service and be a point of contact for internal or external customers before or after scheduled hours of work.

Job Specific Requirements

Insures timely, competent and courteous relations with service customers. Analyzes quality control report.
Promotes the sales of labor, parts and accessories during customer contact. Maintains follow-up with customer on suggested repairs.
Maintains up-to-date information on hourly service rates, service specials, etc. offered by competitors.
Maintains technical bulletins and other service shop literature.
Issues Non-inventory Purchase Orders as authorized by management. Receives purchase orders, as issued by other employees only.
Controls cash box for Service Department, including accepting payment from customers, reporting cash balances to credit Manager and securing box at close of business.
Assists Service Manager in the management of Service Department files and records. Types forms, letters, correspondence and answers phone as directed by Service Manager, including manufacturer pre-delivery forms. Staggers lunch hour with Service Manager to cover phones daily.
Monitors daily all open repair orders and closes as quickly as possible. Troubleshoots with parts department any delays in receiving parts or repair orders and resolves quickly. Monitors Inter-company tickets to ensure equal priority.
Issues workers' compensation “First Report of Injury” forms to injured employees. Ensures forms are correctly completed and returned immediately. Directs injured employee to necessary medical treatment. Promptly forwards reports to Service Manager for review for processing of claim. Maintains current injury ledger. Monitors first aid box and keeps filled with necessary supplies.

Advises Shop Foreman of any recommended changes in services ordered by the customer
Determines if any further repairs or servicing should be recommended to the customer, and communicates such recommendations to the Shop Foreman
Maintains a level of training and experience with specialized equipment, machinery, and servicing techniques necessary for superior servicing of the customer's equipment
Attends training sessions as required by the Service Manager
Performs additional repairs as required when any piece of equipment is returned by the customer because of the Technician's faulty workmanship
Maintains accurate work order records of work performed and time clocked jobs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in medium and/or heavy truck repair and maintenance
Outstanding mechanical aptitude and skills necessary to produce top results
A VA State Inspector's certification or willingness to obtain it
A valid class A or B CDL or the willingness to obtain one
Personal motivation and self-reliance
Desire to be the driver of team success
Ability to operate power and hand tools and other equipment safely
Excellent organization and communication skills
High school diploma or the equivalent
Ability to read, write and comprehend English instructions and information

JOB SUMMARY:
Deliver and pick up parts as needed. Shipping and receiving all freight material arriving or leaving the company and maintaining warehouse.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver parts to shop and customers as needed
Inspect and advise of condition of deliver vehicle
Drive company vehicles in a safe manner, obey all traffic laws, and report any motor vehicle violations to supervisor by the end of the shift
Unpack and ship material as specified on authorized shipping documents, i.e., invoices, return merchandise requests, etc.
Aid in maintaining warehouse to include stocking parts, and general housekeeping in parts and service as needed
Complete all required job related training.
Perform other tasks as required.
Qualifications:

This position involves both sedentary and other work.
For part of the shift, employee will work at a desk in a warehouse setting doing paperwork, telephoning, and filing.
For part of the shift, employee will stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach, moving about the dealership facility to communicate with managers, employees, and customers.
Lifting of at least 50 lbs. without assistance on a daily basis, as well as heavier loads with forklifts and/or additional assistance will be required.
Will be exposed to noise, dust, exhaust fumes, and a variety of other hazardous and nonhazardous materials.

S/he will establish sales goals and hold the sales team accountable for performance. Meets with management regularly to review performance, pending sales, prospecting, marketing strategy, profit margins, and related issues.
Assists sales employees in person with inspecting and purchasing inventory, identifying opportunities, and meeting with Customers to foster excellent relations. Monitors Company compliance with PACCAR Premiere Care Gold Standards, the Concierge Program objectives, and Pac-Central guidelines, including time critical functions.
