  If I had to describe my Kenzan teammates, the first thing comes to mind is that they are all incredibly smart and always very kind to one another. And, of course, the thing that really brings everyone together is they have a really deep knowledge of their expertise and are just incredibly devoted to their work. It’s a place where you have to be challenged to be on the top of your game every day. Whether it’s tailoring a cloud migration strategy, modernizing aspects of a client's tech stack, or transforming those internal processes and the way a company works - we take what we’ve learned from our past clients and industry best practices and craft a solution that really meets that company’s specific needs. My colleagues are super crazy smart, but there’s no sense of competitiveness against one another and we’re all working together to do our best work for the client and support each other in delivering excellence.
