Company higher ups at least hold the façade of caring about employees. Great job if you work at the main office in Indy where they only come in 4 days a week and usually late while those working for their largest source of income work 70 hours a week.
Lost the majority of their business by overworking and undersupporting the lowest paid employees in the company. Management talks the talk about employee care without doing the most basic actions to support the lowest paid 80% of the company.
Only getting to see my family 10 hours a week when i was too tired and stressed to enjoy it. Being forced to cancel doctors appointments for months on end. Being told by workaholic manager that 70 hrs a week isnt that bad as they ignore their wife and kids.
