Job Description Role Mission Based in Los Angeles, the Gucci Facilities Manager West is responsible for overseeing the overall repairs and maintenance, facility operations and continued architectural preservation requirements of the stores in the West market. The Manager will work closely with store management, market directors, regional operations, loss prevention and visual merchandising teams along with vendors/contractors to identify any problems. The Manager will continuously develop short and/or long-term sustainable solutions and coordinate all scheduled work which includes, scheduling, coordinating, negotiating, as well as follow through of all West retail facilities maintenance such as millwork, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, janitorial, MEP, fire protection systems, elevator inspections, all general repairs as well as store close outs and openings.
Key Accountabilities
* Build and maintain relationships with all Store Directors and Operations Managers;
* Assist the team in coordinating small scale layout improvements such as fixture reconfigurations and special project installations in collaboration with Store Planning and Worldwide teams;
* Identify problems and work on solutions, coordinating with the Store Management teams and vendors;
* Liaison with the store teams, Visual Merchandising and Loss Prevention as well as vendors to ensure minimal store/business interruption;
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance of stores through Service Channel (website and app);
* Implement the use of Service Channel with all Store Directors, Operation Managers as well as vendors and perform on-going training to teams as needed;
* Review and negotiate all cost proposals;
* Develop and maintain cost summary of all maintenance work (OPEX and CAPEX maintenance) reviewing with Director of Facilities;
* Develop a site visit schedule to all West locations to ensure store conditions are up to Gucci regional and WW standards;
* Track and maintain all records for floor plans, specs, materials, projects, and preferred vendor list for each store;
* Review installations on-site as required, verifying that repairs and lay-out improvements are being installed correctly;
* Review and approve proposal and invoices on a timely basis;
* Follow up with outstanding repairs and maintenance issues;
* Provide status update to Director of Facilities regularly;
* Address urgent facilities issues immediately. Available 24/7;
* Escalate any issue to Director of Facilities as needed;
* Maintenance of all relevant files.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in construction administration field preferred;
* 3 years' experience in a retail facilities role;
* Must have advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Service Channel;
* Knowledge of standard quality means and materials in construction and millwork for luxury retail environments;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Must be highly organized with excellent follow through;
* Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced ever-changing environment;
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders;
* Can work autonomously, taking initiative without daily supervision;
* Frequent local travel required within the West.

Key Requirements

We are currently seeking an In-Store Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the Beverly Hills Rive Droite boutique. This role will report directly to the Store Director and partner closely with the Director of Visual Merchandising - West.
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Ensure the Maison Saint Laurent brand image is consistently and impeccably upheld through the execution, maintenance, and rotation of in-store product displays.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Collaborate with both local and HQ VM teams to develop, plan, and prepare display zonings for upcoming rotations, product launches, and installations.
* Prior to each rotation, prepare the necessary products in accordance with approved zonings.

ROLE
The Senior Client Advisor will oversee the client advisor team in partnership with the store leadership team, and contribute actively to the store sales and key indicators achievement. Key Accountabilities

Key Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree preferred;
* 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience preferably in a similar role or customer service setting;
* Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues;
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
* Strong organization and follow-up skills are essential;
* Accuracy and attention to detail;
* Candidate should be team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively;
* Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment;
* High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers;
